Information obtained on this website, while helpful, does not constitute a therapist-client relationship and is in no way a substitute for face-to-face clinical treatment by a therapist. Likewise, any initial email or phone calls exchanged with Metta Psychology group staff or therapists prior to the completion of new client paperwork (including informed consent) and meeting face-to-face with a therapist does not constitute a therapist-client relationship.  Metta Psychology group does not assume responsibility for a therapist-client relationship until a client meets with his/her therapist in person and completes all necessary paperwork. 

Resources (including reading recommendations and links to other websites) are provided on this site as a courtesy and Metta Psychology Group is not responsible for the content in these resources.

Metta Psychology Group does not collect information about visitors to our site, although we do encourage guests to send us their thoughts and opinions. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never use or share any personally identifiable information provided to us online. 

Our site also does not use “cookies” to mark you as a visitor. We do not check for cookies from other sites or attempt in any way to discover where you have been on the internet. However, because no communication over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, email is not a confidential means of communication.
